The machining surface traces is subtle, the last process is non-spark grinding. Under the micro-cutting, sliding and friction and other comprehensive effect, it will achieve low surface roughness and high precision requirements. High-precision grinding of the chip is very thin, the abrasives of grinding wheels withstand high stress and work in high temperature and high pressure, so we usually use diamond and cubic boron nitride or other high-hardness abrasive wheel to finish precision grinding.
